First-generation Nigerian American millennial leader Oby Nwabuzor has achieved success in a variety of multidisciplinary areas. From business to advocacy and social impact, all while continuing to be actively involved in the community.

Oby has played a critical role in advancing equitable health policies throughout Wisconsin. Her notable accomplishments include $1.1M in enhanced SNAP access, $600K in healthy retail funding, and more walkable & bikeable neighborhoods. In addition, as a national health system leader, she has helped deploy investable assets toward impact investments that are place-based and address community conditions that create racial, economic, and environmental disparities. As the founder of Envision Growth, Oby continues to define intersectionality by focusing on building healthy people and communities through real estate development.

Oby played a key role in co-founding and growing House of Renji LLC. She expanded the company's presence in digital music markets such as Pandora and managed project launches for artists like Genesis Renji. Oby also established partnerships with Copywrite Magazine, Koss Headphones, US Bank, Mountain Dew, and others. This inspired her to create Envision Self, a consultancy that connects brands with communities, which eventually led to the development of Envision Growth.

She was appointed to Wisconsin's Public Health Council in 2022 and has received multiple awards, including being named a 2023 MBJ Executive to Watch and a 2022 MBJ 40 Under 40 honoree. Oby holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin
